Physical Therapist - Outpatient

Location: Ashland, OR

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: 8-hour Day Shift, 36 hours guaranteed with the expectation of working up to 40 hours.

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our outpatient team in Ashland, Oregon. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care to a general outpatient population. This position requires a commitment to delivering effective treatment plans and evaluations to improve patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations and assessments.
• Create and implement personalized treatment plans.
• Monitor and document patient progress.
• Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals.
• Float to other clinics as necessary, including Beacon OR and Club Northwest OR.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Oregon.
• Outpatient experience preferred; new graduates are welcome to apply.
• First-time travelers are also encouraged to apply.
