Mechanical Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Superintendent to lead field execution of large-scale mechanical construction projects. This role is responsible for supervising subcontractors, enforcing safety standards, and ensuring work is completed on schedule, within scope, and to quality standards. Key Responsibilities Oversee mechanical construction activities including piping, equipment installation, welding, rigging, insulation, hydro testing, and fire protection Lead site safety efforts and ensure compliance with project and company safety requirements Supervise subcontractors and craft labor; track productivity, quantities, and work hours Coordinate with project management, QA/QC, engineering, and client representatives Review drawings (P&IDs, isometrics, structural), manage RFIs, field changes, and punch lists Verify materials, equipment installation, testing, and as-built documentation Complete daily field reports and progress documentation Qualifications Bachelor’s + 7 yrs , Associate’s + 9 yrs , or HS/GED + 11 yrs of mechanical construction supervision experience Strong background in industrial mechanical projects Excellent leadership, communication, and safety skills Proficient with Microsoft Office Ability to meet company driving requirement #J-18808-Ljbffr
