We are seeking an experienced Clinical Manager (RN) to lead and coordinate patient care services with a focus on quality, innovation, and excellence. In this role, you will shape exceptional patient experiences, utilizing cutting-edge technology and advanced clinical interventions to directly enhance patient wellbeing.

Position Overview
As a Clinical Manager (RN), you will:
- Lead and coordinate clinical activities to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Set department goals and priorities aligned with organizational objectives.
- Oversee patient services across all age groups, ensuring a continuum of care.
- Provide direct supervision and leadership to clinical staff.
- Drive innovation in patient care and process improvements.
Qualifications
- Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (BSN preferred).
- Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in a specialty area or management.
- 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role.
- Licensure & Certifications:
- Active RN License in New Mexico or compact state license.
- CPR Certification (required).
