Founding Electrophysiologist / Medical Director Build the EP Program at AdventHealth Heart of Florida — Davenport, FL (Greater Orlando/Tampa) Be the EP who builds the program. AdventHealth Medical Group is seeking a Board-Certified Electrophysiologist to lead and grow a new EP service at AdventHealth Heart of Florida —in one of the fastest-growing communities in the U.S. This is a mission-driven, team-first environment with full system support and strong market demand. Why this role Program ownership: Medical Director, Electrophysiology — shape strategy, workflows, and growth. Modern infrastructure: Three (3) recently remodeled cath labs , new onsite practice, and dedicated device clinic . Access & demand: Established referral base (40+ employed physicians) and a rapidly expanding population. True EP job: No general cardiology hospital call. Smart tools & support: DAX AI scribe (no cost to physician) and dedicated APP coverage (clinic + hospital rounding). System strength: Part of AdventHealth Cardiovascular Institute — West Florida .
