Rebates Program Manager

Leading innovative initiatives to drive partner growth, the full-time Rebates Program Manager will build and enhance the NPN Rebate Program, including program structure, payout tiers, and performance thresholds, while engaging with partners and internal teams remotely. Key responsibilities Build and continuously improve the NPN Rebate Program, focusing on program structure and performance metrics Engage with partners and internal teams to provide training and mentorship on program benefits Drive program communication strategy to increase awareness and participation among partners Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in channel partner programs, partner marketing, or channel development Demonstrated experience in managing partner rebate programs with defined payout structures and eligibility rules Solid understanding of the partner ecosystem and Route to Market strategies Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple high-priority projects
