The Staffing Consultant functions in a critical and dynamic role focused on sales, recruitment, account management, customer service, and operations. Position Details

Looking for an individual to help grow our Minnesota market!


Location: Milpitas, CA

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Shift: 6:00 am to 3:00 pm

**Must be comfortable to travel to Minnesota monthly to bi-monthly.


Job Responsibilities

• Source and Recruit High-Quality Candidates to Meet our Clients' Needs
• Screen and Interview Qualified Candidates
• Create strong relationships with Healthcare Providers, Serving as their Primary Point of Contact
• Oversee Healthcare Providers
• Negotiate Wages with Candidates
• Staff and Schedule Healthcare Providers
• Manage Relationships with Ro Health Clients
• Develop Skills Needed in a Management Role
• Handle Additional Operations including Payroll and Marketing
• Operate at All Times with a High Level of Honesty and Integrity

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree (Required)

• Pay: Salary + Commission ($62k annual compensation guarantee)
• Quarterly Bonuses!
