Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active New York State Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility or long-term care setting preferred.
• Demonstrated competence in geriatric rehabilitation, transfers, gait training, and use of standard SNF equipment (e.g., Hoyer lift, ambulation aids) preferred.
• Documentation experience with electronic medical records required.
• Recent clinical experience within the last 12 months preferred.
