Registered Nurse - Endocrinology PEDS

Job Overview As a Registered Nurse, you will provide patient support and communication, facilitating an exceptional patient experience to build and reinforce satisfaction, trust, and drive organizational loyalty. Responsibilities Welcome and prepare patients for appointments. Inform patients of required visit information and services. Pre‑prepare and administer PO, IM, and ID medications per provider instructions, following the “Rights of Vaccine or Medication Administration.” Perform point‑of‑care laboratory tests, EKGs, suture/staple removal, dressing changes, and other patient care activities. Collect and document vital signs, histories, and screenings. Provide patients with medication and diet instructions. Authorize prescription refills as directed. Prepare patients, rooms, and supplies for visits or examinations. Perform phlebotomy and accurately process specimens. Clean and maintain treatment rooms and equipment. Perform quality controls and equipment checks. Skills & Qualifications Self‑motivated, energetic, and able to work autonomously. Detail‑oriented and committed to providing safe patient care. Results‑oriented with a bias for action and a track record of achievement. Flexible and solution‑oriented, comfortable in an ever‑changing environment. Excellent verbal and written communication. Team player capable of collaborating effectively. Committed to service and an optimistic, can‑do approach to issue resolution. Low ego, highly respectful, and trustworthy. Current RN license. Preferably 1 year of RN experience. Phlebotomy experience required. BLS certification for healthcare providers (required within 90 days of employment). High School Diploma or Equivalency required. Experience in primary care, family practice, internal medicine, urgent care, or ER preferred. Spanish speaking preferred. Benefits and Compensation Hourly pay range: $40.38 – $50.48, subject to experience and location. 401(k) program with company match.
