Human Resources ManagerSchneider Electric has an opportunity for a Human Resources Manager (HRM) in our Mount Juliet, TN campus. The HR Manager position works in partnership with the management teams in leading HR processes including total rewards, talent management, performance management, employee engagement, wellness, learning, organizational efficiency, and employee relations. This position will be directly reporting to the HR Director for the Engineer To Order (ETO) department in North America.What will you do in this role?Project Management:Drives implementation of multiple project/program initiatives to achieve strategic business goals and operational objectives at local and/or GSC NAM levelWorks closely with cross-functional teams and resources to achieve program and project milestones within established timeframesManages risk by using established project management processes to address execution challenges associated with quality, schedule, and costsEnsures consistent visibility for program and project teams by monitoring and reporting business objectives, program/project achievements, and key indicatorsDrives adoption and challenges standardsTalent Builder:Defines the Entity's talent strategy, supporting the identification and assessment of the best talentChampions Talent management philosophy/practicesBuilds a well-functioning, diverse team able to lead and support business growth, identify talent and build development and succession plansFacilitate and lead learning initiatives across the site.
