G5 Roofing & Exteriors is hiring motivated Outside Sales Representatives to serve homeowners throughout Louisville and Southern Indiana.

In this role, you will generate new business, inspect residential properties, meet with homeowners, explain roofing and exterior solutions, and guide customers through the retail or insurance restoration process. You will also follow up with leads, attend adjuster meetings when needed, maintain accurate job information, and communicate with customers throughout their projects.

This is an independent contractor (1099), commission-only position with unlimited earning potential. Our tiered commission structure increases from 12% to 15% based on total sales production. Commissions are calculated after the company’s standard overhead deduction.

We provide hands-on training, ongoing coaching, administrative support, measurement and estimating resources, CRM tools, marketing materials, and opportunities to advance into leadership.

Previous roofing or outside-sales experience is preferred but not required. The ideal candidate is competitive, dependable, comfortable speaking with homeowners, and willing to generate business through canvassing, referrals, networking, and company-provided opportunities.

Candidates must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, a smartphone, and the ability to safely climb ladders and inspect residential roofs.
