The main focus of the physical therapist is on providing superior outpatient rehabilitation services through a collaborative care model with our physicians in order to optimize performance and enhance the quality of function for our patients./ppResponsibilities:/pulliExceptional patient care/liliInterprets physician orders, performs initial evaluations and establishes treatment plans and functional goals/liliResponsible for upgrading and amending the treatment goals as necessary during the episode of care/liliWritten documentation on patient status to physicians per compliance guidelines of IBJI rehab/liliDetermine appropriate discharge timeline and appropriate follow up/liliSupervision of rehabilitation technicians with patient care and administrative staff as needed/liliCompliance with daily paperwork.
