Forklift/Machine Operator

Job Description

The Forklift/Machine Operator plays a crucial role in maintaining efficient warehouse operations by handling pallet jack forklifts and operating various machines. This position requires adherence to safety protocols, performing routine daily maintenance on equipment, and working independently with periodic supervision to ensure smooth loading and unloading processes.

Responsibilities

Operate pallet jack forklifts and warehouse machinery safely and efficiently
Load and unload materials in the warehouse environment
Perform daily routine maintenance on forklifts and machines
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and procedures
Work independently with periodic supervisory check-ins

Preferred Qualifications

1+ years of experience operating forklifts or machinery
Knowledge of safety procedures related to forklift and machine operation
Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills
Strong attention to detail and communication skills
Physical stamina to handle demanding warehouse tasks
Ability to work well in a team environment
