About the Role

The Company is seeking an Associate Chief Clinical Officer (ACCO) to serve as the most senior physician leader at its new medical campus. The ACCO will be responsible for championing a distinct, community-integrated care model with a focus on limited learners, community-based productivity standards, and rapid patient access. This role involves providing enterprise clinical leadership across all facilities, ensuring alignment with the company's mission, and driving a high-efficiency, patient-centered model. The ideal candidate will be a forward-thinking physician executive with a strong commitment to clinical excellence, efficient care delivery, and a background in a relevant adult specialty. The ACCO will also be involved in shaping innovative, accessible models of care and will provide physician oversight and direction to medical directors in various specialty areas. Candidates for the ACCO position should have experience in a fast-paced and complex healthcare environment, with a proven track record of leading by influence in a matrix setting. The role requires a physician with an MD, DO, MD/PhD, or equivalent, and board certification in a relevant adult specialty. Active clinical practice must align with the specialties offered at the medical campus. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the faculty at the medical campus are well-supported, clinically engaged, and operationally successful. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a new and expanding ambulatory care medical campus that will include advanced adult specialty care programs and integrated diagnostic and procedural services in a state-of-the-art setting.
