Mission Centered Federally Qualified Community Health Center is looking for Family Medicine Physicians in the Boston MA area. Locations include Milford, Framingham, or Worcester. The practice has 55 years in service, with a team of 400 members from 36 different countries, many of whom are trilingual, primarily fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese. The center offers an excellent comprehensive benefits package, retirement plan, and fully paid J1/H1B sponsorship. Salaries range from $200,000 to $240,000 per year, with bonuses based on experience and performance. For the Medical Director opening in Milford, the salary is $240,000 per year. Providers who commit to working for two years will receive $50,000 in loan repayment. Full-time clinicians work eight clinical sessions and two administrative sessions each week, with the option to complete administrative sessions remotely. Call responsibilities are light and can be managed via phone. Part-time or full-time roles are available, with a requirement to work one evening shift every two weeks until 7pm. Physicians see 20-22 patients a day with patient panels of approximately 1200 in NextGen EMR. HPSA scores are 15 for Worcester, 13 for Framingham, and 13 for Milford.
