ACT Substance Use Specialist — Recovery-Focused Clinician

Y-Axis is hiring a Substance Use Specialist for community-focused behavioral health services in Arlington Heights. This full-time position offers a flexible schedule catering to client needs including evenings and weekends. The ideal candidate will have a Master’s Degree in social work, experience with serious mental illness, and CADC certification.
