Civil Engineer

Prepare site development plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D or similar software Design grading, drainage, stormwater systems, and utility layouts Conduct site investigations and feasibility studies Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations Coordinate with architects, contractors, and regulatory agencies Prepare cost estimates, schedules, and project documentation Work on civil development projects including hospitals, airports, residential neighborhoods, shopping centers, and educational campuses Requirements 3 or more years working in land development or site civil projects Detailed knowledge of relevant national/state standards and codes of practice Bachelor's degree in civil engineering (required) EIT or PE certification preferred Proficiency in Civil 3D, stormwater modeling, and related tools Strong knowledge of zoning, permitting, and regulatory processes Excellent communication and project management skills Commitment to health and safety Complete application including a resume and a short project list Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in site development planning, including proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and stormwater modeling, while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards. Strong project management and communication skills are essential for coordinating with various stakeholders in civil development projects.
