Box Truck Driver / Warehouse Associate – Full-Time

Southern California & Northern California | Full-Time | Non-CDL / Class C

We are seeking a dependable Box Truck Driver / Warehouse Associate to join our team in a full-time dual-role position.

This is not a driver-only position . The successful candidate will split their time between operating a 20–26 ft. box truck for deliveries and performing hands-on warehouse work .

You will deliver food and supplies from our Central Kitchen to Bafang Dumpling restaurant locations and assist with loading, unloading, staging, receiving, and organizing products when you are not on the road.

No Class A or Class B CDL is required. A standard Class C driver's license is acceptable.

What You'll Do

Box Truck Delivery

• Operate company-provided 20–26 ft. box trucks / straight trucks
• Deliver food, supplies, and other products to restaurant locations
• Drive assigned routes throughout Southern California and Northern California
• Safely load and unload products
• Verify orders and deliveries for accuracy
• Complete delivery logs, paperwork, and other required documentation
• Communicate with management regarding delivery issues, delays, or vehicle concerns
• Perform routine vehicle inspections
• Report maintenance or safety issues
• Maintain the cleanliness and proper care of the company vehicle
• Provide professional and courteous service at restaurant locations

Warehouse Operations

When you are not making deliveries, you will work as part of the warehouse team.

Responsibilities include:

• Loading and unloading delivery trucks
• Receiving incoming food, supplies, and inventory
• Picking and staging products for restaurant deliveries
• Moving and organizing inventory
• Preparing orders for delivery
• Maintaining an organized and clean warehouse
• Assisting with shipping, receiving, and general warehouse duties
• Moving products throughout the facility
• Performing other warehouse duties as needed

We are looking for someone who is comfortable both driving and working in a warehouse environment .

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Class C / standard driver's license acceptable
• Class A or Class B CDL is NOT required
• Experience operating a 20–26 ft. box truck, straight truck, or similar vehicle preferred
• Previous delivery, warehouse, distribution, logistics, or food-service distribution experience preferred
• Ability to safely lift and move 50 lbs. regularly and occasionally up to 80 lbs.
• Comfortable performing physical warehouse work
• Comfortable driving regional routes
• Able to work independently and follow established procedures
• Dependable, responsible, and safety-conscious
• Good communication skills
• Must be at least 21 years old

Schedule & Travel

• Full-time position
• Combination of delivery driving and warehouse work
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays
• Regional deliveries between Southern California and Northern California
• Northern California deliveries may require overnight stays
• Lodging is provided for required overnight delivery trips

We are not looking for someone who only wants to drive and we are not looking for someone who only wants warehouse work.

The ideal candidate enjoys a combination of driving, deliveries, loading/unloading, inventory movement, and hands-on warehouse work .

A CDL is not required. Experience operating a 20–26 ft. box truck or straight truck is preferred.
