Material Handler Specialist, Warehouse Location: Erlanger, KY, USA – 2825 Crescent Springs Pike Compensation: $22.29/hr, 5% bonus plan, $2,000 signing bonus. Shift differential applies to weekend and night shifts. Full‑time, permanent position. Benefits: Eligible for dental, extended health, 401(k), PTO, and more. Shifts Monday–Thursday: 6:00 PM – 4:30 AM Friday–Sunday: 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM Job Summary As directed by the supervisor, the role involves accurately picking, packing, loading, and shipping products to customers, and replenishing inventory stock as established by policies and procedures. Duties and Responsibilities Accurate unit pick and case pick. Perform goods‑in procedure to maintain accurate inventory levels. Conduct order audits for quality assurance. Review product orders and complete error corrections. Execute all tasks within the scope of applicable Standard Operating Procedures. Carry out other duties as directed by the supervisor(s). Minimum Qualifications Typically requires 3+ years of related experience. Additional Skills and Qualifications 3 years of work experience preferred. Experience in a distribution center, warehouse, or manufacturing environment preferred. Experience and/or certification with warehouse equipment such as forklift, pallet jack, and reach truck. Basic math and English reading skills with high attention to detail. Team player with ability to work in a team environment. Strong focus on customer service and commitment to customer satisfaction. Familiar with computer programs, automation, and RF scanners. Reliable and punctual. Behaviours aligned with the McKesson ICARE principles and values. Physical Demands Comfortable working at heights. Walk up to 10 miles during a shift (steps vary per shift). Lift 20–40 pounds repetitively; heavier weights with team lifts. Adapt to refrigerated/cold areas. Sit, stand, stoop, bend, and walk intermittently during the day. Work 7–10 hours per day. May work extended hours as needed. Finger dexterity required to operate office equipment.
