Primary Care - Physician / Medical Doctor

Endocrinology physician job in Wisconsin : We are building a Diabetes Center of Excellence to join a Not-for-Profit Health system seeking two Endocrinologists for an all-outpatient practice.
Position Details:
~ Hospital-based clinic located in Neenah, Wisconsin
~36 contact hours per week, flexible with schedule (4 or 5-day work week )
~100% outpatient clinic model with a high volume of patients that grew 12% last year
~ Patient population: 60% diabetes management and 40% thyroid/endocrine

Income/Benefit Details:

Sign-On Bonus of $75,000
PTO: 35 days inclusive of vacation, holidays, and CME
CME of $4,500 a year
