ENTRY LEVEL ESTIMATOR

Your Role Here’s what you will be doing: Assist the Estimating Department with managing projects, including obtaining, reviewing, organizing, and filing construction plans. Support the preparation of bid documents such as project schedules, product take-offs, project scope sheets, and subcontractor/vendor coordination. Set up projects in On-Screen Takeoff software for estimating purposes. Assemble applicable cut sheets and assist in preparing proposal packages. Build and maintain contact databases through Salesforce CRM. Record and maintain project and customer information within Salesforce. Communicate project-specific information and assist with case management through Salesforce. Coordinate with subcontractors, review proposals, and ensure proper documentation and filing. Perform other duties as assigned. About You The company is looking for: Basic understanding of reading construction plans and performing take-offs. Familiarity with construction bidding portal websites. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Experience with Bluebeam Revu preferred. Experience with Titan ERP System is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize efficiently.
