Senior Manager, Health Care Compliance Officer

Responsibilities
- Review marketing materials, sales aids, and training documents for compliance with laws and company policies
- Oversee Health Care Compliance Program for Cardiovascular business unit and integration of compliance principles into strategy
- Perform risk assessments and develop mitigation plans for potential compliance violations
- Develop and deliver compliance training programs for employees and business partners
- Communicate compliance standards and regulatory updates to leadership and key stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree minimum
- 8+ years of business experience required
- 5+ years in healthcare industry with HCC program knowledge
- Knowledge of federal health care programs and FDA requirements
- Demonstrated ability to influence business decisions and partners
- Strong data analysis and complex communication skills
- Experience in commercial sales, marketing, and Medical Affairs practices
