About the Position of Assistant Manager The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager to ensure the Midas location operates efficiently, safely and effectively. Responsibilities include enforcing policies and procedures, scheduling mechanics and technicians, managing outside orders, ensuring quality and timely job completion, meeting customer expectations, and safeguarding team members. About the Position of Service Manager The Service Manager assists customers with tire selections, recommends necessary under‑car repairs, and directs the workflow of mechanics, alignment technicians and tire technicians. This role drives sales initiatives, communicates directly with customers, assesses needs, provides repair information, and strives to meet and exceed customer expectations. What We’re Looking For Experience: At least 2 years in automotive parts and/or tire sales, or a relevant combination of education, training and experience. Requirements: Minimum age 18 and authorized to work in the U.S. Physical ability: Ability to stand, walk, bend and lift items over 50 pounds.
