Quick Facts Location: 9205 Southwest Barnes Road, Portland, OR 97225 Start Date: 08/31/2026 Duration: Ongoing locum coverage Shift: Outpatient clinic, 8:30 am 5:00 pm (including admin time) Hours/week: Approximately hours (9 hours per day applied for OT) Employment Type: Locum/Contract Licensure/Certs: Active license, DEA, BLS, BC or BE status Experience: Prior ENT and urology post-op care experience preferred Pay & Benefits Pay Rate: $1.00 per hour (special note: pay package discussed upon application) Benefits: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable Paid sick time in accordance with all applicable laws What You ll Do Provide outpatient ENT care, including assessments of tonsils, adenoids, and otitis media Perform wound assessment, suture removal, and foreign body removal Conduct post-op urology visits for pediatric patients (experience with urology preferred) Utilize flexible endoscopy and nasal cautery as needed Document evaluation findings and coordinate patient care plans Collaborate with physicians and team members to deliver high-quality outpatient services Participate in telehealth or in-person visits as required What You Need Required: Active professional license in Oregon DEA registration BLS certification BC or BE in relevant specialty Preferred: Urology experience or comfort with urology post-op visits Flexible endoscopy skills Pediatric ENT experience About the Assignment This outpatient locum assignment involves working with a team dedicated to pediatric ENT and urology outpatient care. You will manage post-op visits, evaluate common office diagnoses, and utilize flexible endoscopy in a friendly, well-supported environment. Flexible scheduling and a focus on quality patient care make this a rewarding opportunity. Credentialing with payors will take approximately until September 1, with interviews primarily conducted via Teams with the physician leader.
