Job Responsibilities Works under the direction of Senior Banking Advisors to observe client meetings, bank positioning, and client outreach activities. Assists Senior Banking Advisors in introducing AMG banking products and services to internal and external clients. Aids in prospect discovery, client pre‑call planning, meeting preparation, post‑call tracking, and follow‑up. Observes and assists in the origination, financial analysis, negotiation, and documentation of credit and non‑credit banking products and services. Assists in servicing a book of business to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and expansion of sales revenue. Responsible for proactive outreach to clients based on guidance from Senior Banking Advisors. Demonstrates emerging ability to analyze, evaluate, and mitigate credit risk by utilizing knowledge of credit fundamentals and internal credit policies. Ensures compliance with current banking policies and regulations. Qualifications Successful candidates must demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for this role. Certifications and Licenses No Required Certification(s). No Required License(s). Pay Transparency Base Salary: $63,750.00 – $106,250.00. Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data, and individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible based on company, business, and/or individual performance.
