Job Requirements

• At least 1 year of recent Emergency Room nursing experience required
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Ability to assess, prioritize, and respond rapidly to changing patient conditions
• Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills
• Experience working collaboratively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Current certifications may be required based on facility standards

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients presenting with urgent and emergent conditions in the Emergency Department
• Perform rapid patient assessments, triage, and ongoing monitoring
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with physician orders and clinical protocols
• Collaborate with physicians and care team members to develop and implement patient care plans
• Document patient status, interventions, and outcomes accurately and thoroughly
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, discharge instructions, and follow-up care
• Maintain a safe, efficient, and patient-focused emergency care environment
