Your Day-to-Day Tasks will be:

Process inbound shipments within the Warehouse Management System (WMS), including receipts, confirmations, and ASN validation.
Verify received quantities and product information against packing slips, purchase orders, and system records.
Maintain receiving documentation, records, and transaction accuracy.
Investigate and resolve shortages, overages, damages, and receiving discrepancies.
Coordinate with receiving personnel, vendors, carriers, and internal departments regarding shipment issues.
Process customer orders through the WMS, including wave release, allocation, and shipment confirmations.
Generate pick tickets, packing lists, carrier labels, Bills of Lading (BOLs), and shipping documentation.
Monitor order progress to ensure timely and accurate shipments.
Maintain inventory accuracy through proper system transactions and documentation.
Assist with inventory control efforts, audits, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with warehouse, transportation, inventory, customer service, and management teams.
Support inbound, outbound, and inventory-related operations as business needs require.

This Job Requires:

1 to 3 years of warehouse, shipping, receiving, logistics, or administrative experience preferred.
Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), shipping systems, or receiving systems preferred.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and warehouse systems.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Comfortable bending, stooping, reaching, and performing routine warehouse activities.
Punctual and ready to work.
