About the Role: Prospecting and Lead Generation: Leverage our unique platform that targets qualified candidates seeking our diverse life insurance products, allowing you to focus more on client interactions and less on lead hunting. Client Consultation: Perform comprehensive needs assessments to understand clients' financial goals and insurance needs, presenting and explaining life insurance options to help clients make informed decisions. Sales Presentation: Deliver captivating sales presentations to individuals and groups, showcasing the benefits and features of our life insurance products. Tailor presentations to address specific client concerns and preferences. Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain long‑term relationships with clients, offering continuous support and service. Conduct regular follow‑ups to ensure customer satisfaction and policy retention. Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions. Utilize this knowledge to position our life insurance products effectively and provide clients with pertinent information. Sales Reporting: Keep precise and up‑to‑date records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress toward sales targets. Prepare regular reports for management review. Compliance: Ensure all sales activities adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies, maintaining confidentiality of client information and upholding ethical standards. Qualifications: Proven experience in sales, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry. Have a hunter mentality, No Cold Calling involved Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients. Outstanding presentation and negotiation skills. Self‑motivated with a results‑driven mindset and the ability to work independently. Manage a flexible schedule. High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field is a plus. Life insurance licence or the ability to obtain one (we will assist you in acquiring your licence if you are not currently licensed).
