We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Pediatric Dental Reception Lead / Treatment Coordinator to join our expanding team. Shift & Schedule Monday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Tuesday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Wednesday: Closed Thursday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Saturday: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM Sunday: Closed Requirements Years of Professional Experience: Experienced Dental receptionist / admin with 1+ years of practice Minimum 1 year of experience as a dental receptionist or in a similar role Knowledge of dental terminology and practice management software, preferably Open Dental Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a busy environment High school diploma or equivalent required Positive attitude, reliability, and a team-oriented mindset Preferences Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required Job Description Responsibilities Greet young patients and their families warmly, setting a positive tone for their visit Manage multiple phone lines efficiently, handling scheduling, inquiries, and communication Present treatment plans confidently, explaining payment options such as CareCredit Process payments and manage patient check-ins and check-outs smoothly Coordinate patient appointments, follow-ups, and pre-authorizations to keep the office running seamlessly Handle voicemail twice daily and conduct appointment confirmation calls Update and maintain patient charts with accuracy and attention to detail Communicate clearly and professionally with patients, families, and the dental team Embrace ongoing learning and respond positively to feedback Benefits Paid time off Jobley Bonus $75 (awarded to candidates hired through Jobley) Facility Information Name: Kanopi Kids Dental and Orthodontics Location: 3110 buchanan road suite B, Antioch, California Type: Dental clinic Opening Hours Monday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Tuesday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Wednesday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Thursday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Saturday: 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM Sunday: Closed Required Certifications CPR Certification BLS Certification Infection Control License Driver's license #J-18808-Ljbffr
