About the Role:

JSR Hospitality is looking for a dynamic and experienced Front Office Supervisor to join our team in Fairfield, CA! In this exciting dual-property role, you'll be the face of our guest experience, leading front desk operations across two properties while inspiring a team dedicated to hospitality excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily front office operations across two hotel properties, ensuring seamless guest experiences
• Supervise, train, and mentor front desk agents to deliver exceptional customer service standards
• Manage check-in and check-out procedures, reservations, and room assignments efficiently
• Handle guest complaints, special requests, and escalations with professionalism and urgency
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth property operations
• Monitor front office performance metrics, occupancy reports, and daily revenue summaries
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, company policies, and safety procedures at both locations

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of hotel front office experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role
• Strong knowledge of property management systems (PMS) and hotel reservation software
• Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills
• Ability to multitask and manage responsibilities across multiple properties
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Guest-focused mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding hospitality
• High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality degree a plus
