Graphic Labeling

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead and/or support a cross-functional team collecting labeling content and translating it into functional label layouts using labeling and/or illustrating software
• Work on commercialized and new product development labeling requirements
• Develop and manage labeling changes within the approved document management system
• Design product labeling considering product identification, worldwide requirements, sales appeal, aesthetic quality, printing, and production techniques
• Manage multiple concurrent deadlines and prioritize work independently
• Support company initiatives related to Quality Management System (QMS), Environmental Management System (EMS), and other regulatory requirements
• Comply with FDA regulations, ISO and other regulatory requirements, company policies, SOPs, work instructions, and task assignments
• Aid in the design and development of packaging prototypes and support R&D builds with labeling
• Develop, maintain, and manage packaging graphics and labeling using electronic desktop publishing equipment
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Experience Required

• Participate in Voice of Customer (VOC) activities through collaboration with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)

• Desktop publishing (electronic packaging graphics/labeling)

Eligibilities & qualifications

• Knowledge of FDA regulations and ISO regulatory requirements for medical devices/drugs
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple concurrent deadlines
• Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Environmental Management Systems (EMS)
