Key Responsibilities Oversee daily janitorial operations for multiple client accounts. Recruit, train, develop, and manage supervisors and janitorial staff. Ensure all employees are properly trained and perform according to contract specifications. Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Monitor account performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Develop and manage staffing schedules to meet operational and contractual requirements. Manage employee performance, coaching, and disciplinary actions as necessary. Coordinate equipment maintenance, repairs, and replacements. Monitor labor costs, inventory, and operational budgets. Manage vendor relationships and procurement activities. Travel regularly to client locations under management. Communicate effectively with senior leadership regarding operational performance and business needs. Perform special projects and additional duties as assigned. Qualifications 3–5years in janitorial/commercial cleaning operations. At least 2years of supervisoryor management experience. Strong leadership, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience with budgeting, inventory management,and process improvement. Ability to workflexible hours, includingevenings,weekends, and on call as needed. High school diplomaor equivalent. Bilingual English/Spanishis preferred.
