Freezer, Cooler and Deli Stocker Associate Sam's Club #4780 3383 Buford Dr, Buford, GA 30519-4985 Position Summary Our members love fresh food at Sam’s Club because of our dedicated fresh food associates. You will keep shelves stocked and help maintain sanitary conditions in our freezers and coolers. In the deli department you will provide front‑line customer service. This role supports operations and ensures member satisfaction. Responsibilities Maintain safety of the facility by following safety standards and procedures, conducting safety sweeps, and reporting unsafe situations to management. Keep the freezer, cooler, and deli area stocked, organized, and displayed; receive and inspect merchandise, set up displays, price items, and remove damaged goods. Provide member service by identifying member needs, locating merchandise, assisting with purchasing decisions, delivering deli products, resolving issues, and promoting company products. Follow food‑handling and cold‑chain policies, operating, repairing, and sanitizing equipment, monitoring fan, drain, and door operation, and reporting problems to management. Maintain the cleanliness, sanitation, and temperature control of the freezer, cooler, and deli area. Qualifications Minimum age 18 years. Successful completion of required training and assessments within prescribed timeframes. Experience or passion for stocking and customer service. Strong focus on member satisfaction and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment. Ability to adapt quickly to change, think creatively, and solve problems. Compensation Hourly wage range: $17.00 to $25.00 per hour. The actual hourly rate may equal or exceed the applicable minimum wage.
