The role: Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) We're looking for a Family Nurse Practitioner who thrives in high-volume, fast-paced clinical environments and loves the idea of having a voice in "how urgent care should feel." This is a frontline clinical role and a tone-setting role - our NPs shape the energy, teamwork, and flow of the entire clinic. If you enjoy problem-solving, being the calm in the chaos, using humor to get through tough moments, and making care feel human again, you'll fit right in. Have experience in urgent care, emergency medicine, critical care, or other high-volume/high-acuity settings. Have experience using patient-flow methodologies to keep high-volume environments running smoothly.
