As a Registered Nurse at our facility, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care, collaborating with our interdisciplinary team, and upholding our commitment to excellence. Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care to our residents, including administering medications, performing wound care, and assisting with daily living activities Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans in collaboration with our interdisciplinary team Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions, identifying and addressing potential health risks Maintain accurate and thorough records of patient care, medications, and treatments Participate in quality improvement initiatives, implementing changes to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction Collaborate with our dietary team to develop and implement nutritional plans tailored to individual resident needs Ensure compliance with all relevant federal, state, and local regulations, as well as our facility's policies and procedures Requirements: Current Georgia Registered Nurse license Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Minimum of 0 years of experience in a long-term care setting (new graduates welcome to apply!)
