Lead Sales Associate/Membership Advisor

Position Overview Full‑time Member Consultant – Encinitas, CA, 92024. Hourly pay of $15‑$17 per hour with commission and bonus potential. Regular raise and promotion opportunities. Free membership to Orangetheory Fitness Studio. Responsibilities Assist in running all "front of house" fitness studio operations while creating a warm, fun environment. Help grow the membership base and change people’s lives. Work with sales and marketing efforts to attract and retain members. Participate in Orangetheory classes as required (2 classes per week). Qualifications Previous sales experience with strong sales skills. Solid verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast‑paced team environment. Energetic and positive/upbeat attitude and personality. Social and outgoing, enjoys talking with people. Desire and drive to succeed. Love fitness and want to help change people’s lives. Must have worked in a quota‑bearing structure. Ability to work and function in an ORANGE TEAM environment. Flexible to work day, evening and/or weekend hours as needed. High school diploma required. Availability to work 35 to 40 hours per week. Entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to grow in responsibility, leadership skills. Proven track record of meeting sales quotas/succeeding in an inside/outside sales position. Fitness industry experience, health & fitness minded. Experience with fitness membership sales.
