Business Unit Leader – Pipeline (Experienced) LXT Lead the manufacturing team in Lexington as part of Michelin’s Manufacturing Operations, driving balanced value for People, Profit & Planet through innovation and operational excellence. Overview This role includes fostering excellence within the Business Unit, applying CARE (culture, empowerment, operational excellence) and TECH (engineering innovation, manufacturing 5.0) principles. Responsibilities Direct the team to achieve balanced value for people, profit, and planet. Focus on enhancing shop performance beyond individual unit outcomes, sharing procedures across units, and contributing to overall plant goals. Identify and nurture employees’ strengths; mentor and provide continuous feedback for performance improvement. Develop people through life‑long learning, training, and social promotion projects; support diverse teams and skill growth. Demonstrate group principles, motivate teams, and align shop strategy with plant vision. Respond to employee concerns with a focus on safety as a core value.
