Job Description

Schedule:

• 3x12 hour shifts
• Day shift

Qualifications:

• Current RN license with good standing
• Minimum of one year of recent ICU nursing experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities
• Ability to work efficiently in high-acuity conditions

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct patient care in the ICU, including assessments, interventions, and ongoing evaluation of critically ill patients
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create and implement patient care plans
• Administer medications and manage IV therapies per protocols
• Monitor vital signs and promptly respond to changes in patient condition
• Provide education and emotional support to patients and their families
• Document all care provided accurately in electronic medical records
