Responsibilities Provide full-scope primary care to residents Conduct new admissions and follow-up visits Collaborate with the care team to ensure high-quality patient care Requirements Active NP license or PA in IL DEA license Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner Nursing home experience strongly preferred Compensation & Benefits Highly competitive salary: $125,000–$140,000 annually Full benefits package #J-18808-Ljbffr
