Electromechanical Assembler
A well-established and rapidly growing manufacturing company in Monroe, WAknown for its strong industry presence and commitment to U.S.-made productsis looking to add an Electromechanical Assembler to its team.
This organization specializes in producing high-quality air filtration and purification equipment used nationwide. It's a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity that offers long-term stability, hands-on experience, and clear paths for professional growth.
Electromechanical Assembler Job Duties:
- Assemble electro-mechanical components and subassemblies following blueprints, schematics, and detailed work instructions
- Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices to build units with accuracy while maintaining strict quality and safety standards
- Install wiring, connectors, and mechanical hardware within cabinets, modules, and assemblies
- Perform functional tests and inspections to ensure units meet required performance specifications
- Document work performed, noting any discrepancies or non-conformances as needed
- Partner with production and engineering teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and increased efficiency
Schedule: Monday Friday, 5:30am2:00pm
Pay: $19.00 $23.00 per hour (DOE)
Electromechanical Assembler Requirements:
- Previous experience in electromechanical assembly or a related manufacturing role
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings
- Skilled with hand and power tools
- Experience with wiring, soldering, or testing equipment is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
