Registered Dental Hygienist

Overview Pay range: $XX-$XX per hour (negotiable based on experience). Sign‑on bonus up to $10,000 for full‑time and $5,000 for part‑time. Relocation bonus and additional compensation opportunities. Responsibilities Deliver direct dental care and associated services under the general supervision of a dentist. Perform scaling, prophylaxis, x‑rays, sealants, fluoride applications, and related procedures. Offer same‑day care opportunities and provide excellent customer service. Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene and treatment options. Assess patient dental conditions, review medical histories, and chart dental/perio data. Maintain compliance with all government regulations and company standards. Assist with charting and record‑keeping, including taking x‑rays when necessary. Guide parents and patients through the entire treatment process. Support the office by providing general administrative assistance as required. Qualifications Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing. CPR (BLS) certification from the ARC or AHA, including hands‑on skill assessment (required upon hire).
