Job Description\n Navitas Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Canton, Ohio.Job Description & Requirements\n \n Specialty: Med Surg / Telemetry\n Discipline: RN\n Duration: 13 weeks\n 36 hours per week\n Shift: 12 hours, nights\n Employment Type: Travel\n \n ALL requirements listed in job description & submittal requirements are NON-NEGOTIABLE and no exceptions will be made.\n Night shift, 3 -12 hour shifts, 7pm-7:30am\n Minimum of 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience.\n 18 months combined perm experience in specialty applying for REQUIRED\n MUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN HAND\n AHA or client BLS & ACLS required. NIH - must obtain prior to start.\n **MUST have Epic experience\n *ONE recent reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor or director in the specialty applying for are REQUIRED to qualify for submission.\n ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required.\n Traveler must work at least every other holiday\n Navitas Healthcare Job ID #26-09050.
