Compensation: $65,000 - $95,000 USD OTE - Dependent on experience

Work: Fully Remote - must be based in Baltimore, MD

What You'll Be Doing:

• Selling Zen's service offerings to charter and district leaders in your assigned territory
• Owning the full cycle sales process: from outbound calling, to pipeline generation, to demo delivery, to closing deals
• Collaborating with our School Success team to onboard new charter schools and school districts
• Collaborate with the school success, operations, and technology teams to continuously improve our ability to deliver value to schools
• Opportunities to travel to US states for conferences, events and school meetings
• Embracing the dynamic nature of startup life, where no two weeks are the same, and a willingness to dive in and get the job done is essential

Who We Are Looking For:

• A strong desire to break into a sales career within the tech space

• Experience in education as either an educator or selling to K-12 stakeholders is a huge plus
