Your responsibilities will include properly greeting and seating guests, maintaining an efficient waitlist, and upholding our standards for customer service and hospitality. You will have the opportunity to interact with guests and be a part of creating an exceptional breakfast, brunch, or lunch experience. Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service and hospitality Greet and acknowledge guests with a smile Demonstrate professional phone skills and effective communication Maintain a polite and professional demeanor Follow guest check-in procedures and maintain an organized waitlist Ensure proper setup of coffee station and restock supplies as needed Assist with silverware setup and bussing/resetting tables Keep newspaper area, entry rug, and promo area neat and organized Perform closing duties including trash collection, cleaning countertops and entry walls, and maintaining a clean and organized work area Clean and organize menus and water plants as needed About Us At Another Broken Egg Cafe, we prioritize service, growth, integrity, and results.
