Benefits: 401(k) Bonus based on performance Company car Health insurance Training & development We're Hiring – Licensed Massachusetts Journeyman Electrician / Sales Representative Hilliard Electrical Contractors is seeking a motivated Massachusetts Licensed Journeyman Electrician who is ready to take the next step in their career by combining technical expertise with customer-focused sales. Responsibilities: Meet with residential and light commercial customers. Perform electrical assessments and identify customer needs. Prepare accurate estimates and proposals. Explain repair and upgrade options in a professional, no-pressure manner. Coordinate projects with office staff and field technicians. Build strong customer relationships and maintain a high level of professionalism. Ensure all work complies with the Massachusetts Electrical Code. Qualifications: Current Massachusetts Journeyman Electrician License (Required). Strong knowledge of residential electrical systems. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Sales or estimating experience is preferred but not required—we will train the right candidate. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Self-motivated, dependable, and team-oriented.
