About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to lead the transformation of its operational framework. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the company's operating system, with a focus on designing and running the execution rhythm, driving performance against KPIs, and orchestrating cross-functional initiatives. This role is pivotal in the company's growth phase, as it involves translating strategy into an annual operating plan, and ensuring the seamless delivery of services to maintain a competitive edge. The COO will also be instrumental in the company's service transformation, moving from reactive to proactive service models, and will be expected to have a strong background in operational talent and culture, with the ability to scale the organization effectively.
