About the Position

We’re hiring an experienced Respiratory Therapist for a local healthcare provider where you’ll be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the treatment, care, and needs of patients with breathing disorders

Minimum Requirements:

• Associate or bachelor’s degree from a Respiratory Therapy or Cardiopulmonary Science program
• Current state license in good standing with the State License Board
• One year experience as an RRT
• BLS certification
• ACLS certification
• Experience operating invasive and non-invasive ventilatory equipment, oxygen and aerosol devices, and nebulizer devices
• Experience with chest physiotherapy, suctioning, oximetry, capnography monitoring, and arterial puncture
• Experience performing 12-Lead EKG and basic arrhythmia recognition
• Experience with mechanical ventilation setup, self-testing, operation, maintenance, and monitoring
• Experience performing insertion and removal of endotracheal tubes via free hand technique and/or video laryngoscope system
