Prepare and deliver competitive quotes that address the specific risks and budgets of our community members. Review existing client policies to ensure they have the protection that fits their current life situation. Maintain accurate records of all client interactions within our digital systems. Collaborate with the rest of our office team to ensure every client leaves feeling heard and valued. Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly to maintain our reputation for reliability. Requirements Current Alabama Property & Casualty insurance license. Three or more years of experience in an insurance agency setting. Demonstrated ability to manage client accounts and handle inquiries independently. Strong comfort level with standard office technology and agency management systems. Clear and professional verbal communication skills. High school diploma or equivalent.
