Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour (1-year Contract) Shift: 1:30pm to 9:30pm, Monday-Friday, Subject to change for short periods of time to support audits. This may include Saturdays. What’s a typical day as Parts Coordinator? You’ll be: Serving as a link between channel partners and the organization to resolve issues regarding goods or parts orders, product configuration, availability, and shipments. Producing, updating, and providing best practice support on Microsoft documents, databases, and other departmental systems. Designing your monthly schedule and, if necessary, assigning work to others to expedite workflow and ensure high-priority tasks are completed. Using data management systems to access and manage information as needed. Carrying out a variety of supply chain management activities following established procedures. Supporting internal clients by performing standard activities and providing assistance. Operating complex equipment and machines, adjusting variables to optimize quality and productivity. Driving a Cushman vehicle within the warehouse after completing provided training. Performing data entry and warehouse reconciliation tasks. This Job Might Be An Outstanding Fit If You Have post-secondary non-tertiary education. Have basic experience coordinating the work of others (4 to 6 months preferred). Have previous experience in warehouse, inventory management, or reconciliation. Are proficient with MS Office. Can work onsite from day one and comply with required safety standards, including wearing safety shoes with internal metatarsal protection.
