Information Technology Project Coordinator

IDR is seeking a Project Coordinator to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Raleigh, NC. This role involves supporting a state government project within the healthcare sector, assisting with project scheduling, reporting, and stakeholder communication to ensure successful project delivery.

Position Overview for the Project Coordinator:

• Support and maintain project schedules using Microsoft Project
• Assist with PMO functions including status reporting, meeting coordination, and action item tracking
• Manage RAID logs (Risks, Actions, Issues, Dependencies)
• Contribute to project documentation and stakeholder communications
• Track deliverables, milestones, and timelines across various project workstreams

Requirements for the Project Coordinator:

• 3+ years experience in a Project Coordinator role
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience supporting project scheduling, reporting, and PMO processes
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
