This is a 6-month contract position with a hybrid work schedule requiring 23 days per week in the office.

POSITION SUMMARY
The Test Security Associate will be responsible for various aspects of test security under the direction of the Manager of Test Security. The Associate will work in cooperation with others in the Office of Test Security to ensure that test security processes are completed on schedule.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Follow all Secur-Serv requirements policies procedures and management directions
• Perform the administrative work of the Office of Test Security to ensure test security activities are completed on schedule.
• Maintain the Test Security email inbox corresponding with candidates in a sensitive and timely manner.
• Assist in processing test taker violations and issuing applicable notification .
• Assist in the administration of investigations regarding security incidents involving test takers.
• Assist in administrating the score challenge process (QTSRB).
• Assist and maintain reports to internal stakeholders of the Office of Test Securitys activities
  

REQUIREMENTS

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in test security compliance investigations operations education or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with shifting priorities required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Holds a strong sense of accountability for both individual and team objectives.
• Excellent time management prioritization and attention to detail
• Good organizational skills and the ability to follow through and complete assignments.
• Always exercise good judgment and discretion with highly sensitive and confidential material.
• Ability to accurately proofread is required including good grammar spelling punctuation and vocabulary skills.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrated ability to be a team player as well as an individual contributor.

PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS

• Sit Frequently at a desk
• Frequent fine hand and finger movements (keyboard writing mouse movement)
• Continual close visual acuity for reading
• Hearing and Speaking for communication within and outside of company.
• May be required to lift/push/pull up to 10 pounds for set up/movement of office equipment
